Kashmir Dispute has significantly known as an international issue, particularly after the historic speech of Pakistan’s Prime Minister, Imran Khan, on 27 September 2019 at United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), it is obvious that the world community has been aware of the Kashmir dispute as an international issue. This issue has not settled down since the independence of India and Pakistan. Both the countries have fought three major wars on this disputed territory. And every time Kashmir bleeds, just because increasing tentions between Pakistan and India.
These days, the situation is getting much worse taking on the Kashmir dispute. It is about 2 months to pass that curfew has been imposed on Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir by the Modi government. The people of Kashmir are not being allowed easily to come out of their houses for doing business, to practice their religious activities, and even they’re stopped being connected with the world.
Pakistan leadership initially wanted to have peace talks with the Indian leadership as PM Pakistan, Imran Khan believed that both the countries are facing similar problems. Mr Khan wanted to resolve issues with diplomacy and dialogue. But, just before the elections in India, the tensions between the two countries started creating hype. In fact, India fired a cluster bomb in Pakistan claiming that Pakistan is keeping a camp of the terrorists. But, they actually fired 10 beautiful trees, in reaction Pakistan retaliated and sent JF17 to target an area which must not destroy any Haman’s life. And in the reaction, two jets of Indian air force followed JF-17, both of their jets were destroyed by JF-17 thunder, and one of these Indian jets felt in under Pakistan’s border. Pakistan Army captured one of the pilots of India, Abhinandan, whom PM Imran Khan immediately returned to India as a gesture of peace. But India taken that as Pakistan is fearing from the power of Indian leadership. Which was really disappointing for the world community.
Now, India has revoked the article 370 and imposed a curfew in the Kashmir valley with the help of around 1 million army personnel’s. which rings an alarm bell for the people of Kashmir and humanitarians around the world. Now, extremist RSS and Modi are using the formula of Hitler and they are conveying the message of Nazi Party which Hitler has explained in his book “Mein Kamps” that Hindus and the Germans are the superiors and the consequences of the world will become better when they will be given the rule of the world.
Its obviously very regrettable to see the behavior of world community about Kashmir. You defined the situation very well.

Authers language has properly written ,the article is vividly written and all the areas has been covered in the article especially the disaster of Kashmir which has been assaulted by india and how they are dominant on kasmir although kashmir’s are enduring the such hard circumstances. The author has also discussed the outline of burning issue of Kashmirs along with the fact figures and with evidence .The author has also mentioned the political decisions that how the prevailing issues can be resolved either with the diplomatic attitude and with peaceful atmosphere on other hand India is doing the same cruelty and brutality upon the innocent Kashmir, though author just needed to add the more information on the topic, more ever he must should recommend the its measures that how the existing issue can be tackled shortly.
Underlying hurdle to Kashmir’s emancipation is divergence of world powers on the issue. As with other perennial issues facing Muslim world, Kashmir has been the subject of politics among great powers. Initially, there was sincere zeal in world comity to the resolution but it was always scuttled by USSR’s veto abuse. Similarly, with time the issue lost steam and lapsed into inertia, this was compounded by tarred image perception of Pakistan. The way forward, however, seems to be in major diplomatic resurgence of Pakistan on world stage, where it could advocate Kashmir’s cause effectively and world community pays due heed.
This problem was created by violating principle on which the boundary was to be drawn at partition of 1947. Unjust award of district of Gurdaspur (and Ferozpur) to India is the main reason for this particular long standing international issue due to which Kashmiri Muslims have been made to suffe with still no end in sight. Who will enforce UN Resolutions and Nehru’s commitments to UN, Kashmiris, Pakistan and world whereby Kashmiris can determine their future by themselves? .Talking again and again about plebiscite etc after so many years will not serve any purpose. It is only by negotiations between the two governments that something can even be hoped to be achieved.
