How could the people be punished for the failure of the Government?

Failure of the Government

The government has put the burden of its failure on the people. Why do people suffer?

Our politicians should want to think of the people and think of our country.

Everyone is thinking their own. No one thinks of the people and no one thinks of public relief.

The people are going through a storm of inflation, however because of this, people’s lives are becoming more and more difficult.

Inflation in Pakistan

Inflation goes to a record peak of 21.32 percent last month; therefore, the inflation rate is historic in Pakistan as compared to the past 14 years.

The government, which is trying to meet the conditions of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) at any cost has pushed the price of fuel, electricity and gas to historic levels.

The increase in fuel prices every 10 to 15 days is expected to push inflation further up in the coming months.

According to the sources, the price of petrol will touch Rs 300 in coming days.

Pakistan’s Finance Ministry has issued an official notification that the government has imposed a levy of PKR 10 on petrol and PKR 5 on high-speed diesel (HSD), kerosene.

The government has been increasing the fuel prices since May 15 in compliance of the conditions of the previous IMF deal.
