The Australian cricket team are touring Pakistan to play three tests, three one day internationals and one twenty20 international. The last time Australia played test cricket in Pakistan was in 1998.
This is a very appreciable moment for the PCB and to Australian cricket for making this happen. After many generations, the present Australian players had the opportunity to experience cricket in Pakistan after a long time.

Security & System
Pakistan cricket authorities have done every possibility to ensure safety and security. They are having a Head of State level security, with the blocked off roads when the Australian team passes and the team bus shadowed by the army helicopters.
Snipers are positioned on every building near the stadium to avoid unwanted situations. The shops and other nearby public places are closed before the match.

Australia tour of Pakistan
After a gap of 24 years, both teams played their first match and wore black armbands in the game remembering the death of former wicket-keeper Rod Morg, He passed last week due to a Heart attack.
In the past, Pakistan reassured cricket authorities with both New Zealand and England scheduled tours, but unfortunately, at the last moment before the first match, Blackcaps cited security fears and then England postponed tours soon after.
Benaud And Qadir Trophy
Pakistan cricket board and Australian cricket on Wednesday announced the BENAUD and QADIR trophy. Both the captains of the team unveiled the Benaud and Qadir trophy before the first test match.
The launch of Benaud and Qadir trophy is a good initiative that makes a strong relationship between PCB and CA.
Benaud and Qadir were two skilful, distinguished and respectful cricketers of different eras, who served the game with honour and pride.
