Robotic dogs rejoin the New York police, a robot called Spot will now help humans
The New York Police Department has recruited these robotic dogs to help patrol certain areas.
New York City Mayor Eric Adams said that the digidog, also named Spot, will help humans. They will monitor major under-construction provinces and other places where humans are at risk.

This is the famous robot dog created by Boston Dynamics. Although he was given some responsibilities in 2020, it was objected that the machine dog could pose a threat to ordinary people.
However, now again robotic dogs have been recruited under a project. In the first phase, two mechanical dogs will be recruited which will be used in very dangerous situations like terrorism or bomb blasts.
