The ISPR confirmed that a militant group linked to Fitna al Khwarij carried out the attack. The statement also blamed Indian intelligence for supporting the terrorists.

    Following the North Waziristan bomb attack, security forces launched a targeted operation. They tracked down and killed 14 militants in a swift offensive. Troops recovered weapons and communication devices from the scene.

    Military helicopters hovered over the region throughout the day. Locals stayed indoors as the army combed the area for more suspects. A senior army officer said, “We responded without delay and neutralized the threat.”
