According to the article 35A, permanent residence of the Indian Occupied Kashmir state have privileges to live peacefully, have all basic rights of education, health, and safety. This article was added into the Indian constitution through a presidential order on 14 May 1954 under article 370. But, the current Indian government, led by Narendra Modi, current Prime Minister of India, has violated the constitution and let their army to enter into the valley and siege it for the sake of Islamophobia & racism. And let the Kashmir bleeds with no solid reason.
According to the British Newspaper, The Guardian, it has been reported that an estimate of 2300 to 4000 Kashmiri’s (mostly youngsters) have been arrested in the 25 days of curfew from Indian Occupied Kashmir. Further, the newspaper quoted one of the stories of locals facing the rubbish behaviour of the state officials. Maryam Sheikh, while telling her story to the News reporter that Indian police officials entered in their house from the main door and few came in from the roof. They entered in search of Tanveer (Her 16 years’ old Son), they didn’t found Tanveer, So, they caged his Uncle Naseer instead. And told that they can only release Naseer when Tanveer shows up. This is completely brutality and injustice going everywhere in the streets of Indian Occupied Kashmir.
Similarly, India’s current policies, behaviour and approach have escalated tensions with Pakistan. India is continuously violating the line of control (LOC) agreement. As on 28th August 2019, they opened fire on Nekron Sector and killed one girl (3 years’ of age) and 2 civilians, and 3 got injured. Whereas, in the effect of the artillery fire, three houses were also reported to be destroyed all away.
