“The Civil Human Resources Law” in Qatar went through extensive amendments, adding modified financial and administrative support measures to improve continuity of income for families Not only does this strengthen social harmony but it enhances public sector efficiency as well, said the Qatar News Agency.
This case is undoubtedly an example of the Qatari people-inspired spirit arising within the public work force seen in supporting work environments, the localization of talent for job opportunities in our own homes and house stability. These measures are part of one broad movement to create an improved business environment at our country’s end-to ensure that families are secure in their future.
The Act revises Law by Emiri Decree No. 15 of 2016 and is served as new Regulation No. 34 for 2025 on executive regulations. Together they represent Qatar’s vision of employment-related and administrative reform in accordance with Qatar National Vision 2030 and Strategy Three for National Development — a focus on effective governance and workforce readiness.

Dr. Abdulaziz bin Nasser bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, President of the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau and Secretary-General for National Planning Council said that the new framework embodies a balanced legislative advance, based on in-depth research and practical feedback. “Our reforms strengthen institutional efficiency,increase opportunities for Qatari professionals,and forge a motivated workforce capable of delivering world-class public services,” he argued.
