The Pakistan Army has warned India that any act of aggression against it will be met with a swift and destructive response. The statement came on October 8, 2025, during the 272d Corps Commanders’ Conference (CCC) held at GHQ in Rawalpindi Military leadership expressed its serious concern about recent provocative statements by Indian officials. It described them as attempts to work up war hysteria for political gain.
The conference at the General Headquarters took special pains to point out that Indian aggression will be met decisively; thus any particular notion of relative safety because it is at a distance from us geographically was said to no more than ignorance.

At the conference, the Pakistan Army also reaffirmed its commitment to the Palestinian and Kashmiri causes. It emphasized support for their rights. Officials discussed ongoing counterterrorism operations in the region and dismantling networks that are sponsored by India.
This warning, against a backdrop of long-term tension between the two nuclear-armed neighbours, has brought relations to a new low. Observers fear an ever upward spiral
without parallel in history and presage something fishy oncoming each new dawn. On the eve of the conference western analysts observed that while both nations
must proceed with caution lest they lurch into escalation India has been busy churning the waters, leaving Pakistan a greatly weakened victim against whom it may strike blanks.
