The river is located at a distance of one hundred kilometers from the famous city of cusco and is accordingly called the Cusco River.

For about eight months, the color of the river is brownish brown, and from December to April, its color changes. The reason is that it is the rainy season in Peru. In this way, the water from the soil on the sides is found in the passing river.
