The Financial Action Task Force’s (FATF) announces that Pakistan had met all 34 items on two separate action plans.

Pak was nominate for grey listing by FATF in Feb 2018 & had to complete the most challenging action plan ever given to any jurisdiction. When my govt took over, we faced dire prospect of Blacklisting by that body. Our past compliance history with FATF was also not favorable. Imran Khan tweeted.

In June 2018, Pakistan was place on the grey list, however when PTI government was in power then Pakistan was on the grey list.

Shaukat Tarin Tweeted ‘’ Removal of Pakistan from FATF grey list is yet another feather in PTI Hammad Azhar’s cap. After producing strong economic results in the last two years, successfully managing Covid and now FATF’’
